Each lumber board is carefully selected and inspected to ensure the best possible quality. The wood is then sanded, shaped and stained with your desired color. To finish off, we apply gloss or satin in several coats to ensure the wood is well protected and will last a lifetime.MAPLE WOODMaple is grown throughout Southern Canada and also Northern United States. It is known for its hardness, density and weight. Its grain pattern is usually straight, but it may occasionally be curly or wavy. We proudly use maple wood on all of our manufactured products.PLYWOODPlywood is a material that we use for most of our products. It consists of multiple layers of thin wood bonded together using a resin under heat and pressure. It provides the flexibility, durability and strength to build one of a kind game room furniture.HIGH GRADE FORMICA (HIGH PRESSURE LAMINATE)High Grade Formica is constructed of special phenol resins and papers to form a hard scratch, stain and dent resistant surface laminate. Our particular Formica is utilized in many commercial scenarios where products must withstand rough and tough use yet maintain its original luster.WOOD FINISH (VENEER)Besides the obvious savings of our natural resources, many projects built using wood veneer would not be possible to construct using solid lumber. The Braewood Veneers are engineered wood veneers for the convenience of consistency and beauty. Bonded through heat and pressure to a 10mil paper backing, the backed veneers are stress-relieved, sanded and trimmed. The resulting product is an extremely flexible and beautiful veneer that is ideal for laminating to curved or flat surfaces. Staying true to our name, Veneering is also an ancient art, dating back to the ancient Egyptians who used veneers on their furniture and sarcophagi.LEATHER MATCH VINYL (FAUX LEATHER)Leather Match is a high grade vinyl that looks and feels like leather without the common wear and tear associated with leather. The vinyl we employ is engineered using Resilience technology. This cutting edge technology ensures resistance to stains, bacteria, microbes, abrasion and fire. We have many colors to choose from, so you can be confident that no matter what color your walls are, we have a vinyl to match.FOAMFoam is used to provide cushioning to various parts of tables such as the armrest and main layout. We use a high grade open cell foam. It provides long lasting cushioning and durability to our tables. Our foam is manufactured in the United States to assure the highest quality possible.LAYOUT/FELTTo make our layouts we use a process called dye sublimation that allows us to print various designs and logos on our fabric. The raw fabric is dyed with your custom design and background. With our specialized process, there are no bumpy ink prints or peeling as experienced with a silk screen process. The fabric we use is water resistant and fire retardant. This particular fabric is widely used in major casinos and outlasts wool fabric 3 to 1. It is the latest innovation in gaming cloth printing which allows us to fabricate a better quality product.MARBLE AND GRANITEOur natural stone slabs are imported from elite partners worldwide.
