Pharaoh Manufacturing reserves the right to adjust agreed-upon turnaround times as necessary in the event of equipment failure or supplier delays.
Custom orders or special orders are not returnable or cancelable. All custom orders must be reviewed, signed and verified before production begins. Any changes to your order must be made to the PO, verified with one of our associates and then signed. Please note that we are only responsible for orders/changes that are specified exactly as they are written on the purchase order or the invoice. Custom orders are 100% due upon providing a P.O.
Any incorrect orders on customer’s part may be subject to additional charges or restocking fees. If the order is placed verbally, you must review the invoice to verify all specifications and make changes as necessary, following up by signature to assure that everything is true and correct. we are only responsible for what is stated on the invoice.

UPS does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, and all legal Holidays. WE DO NOT SHIP ON SATURDAY & SUNDAY. Any expedited orders must be confirmed by one of our associates prior. There are no Saturday and Sunday deliveries unless specific arrangements are made over the phone for an additional fee.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders may be shipped from different warehouses; therefore you may receive part of your shipment earlier than the rest of your order. All shipping charges are calculated online in real time; in event of error the customer will be contacted with the proper charges. Pharaoh Mfg. does not credit the shipping charges on returned orders.
Before returning any item, you must contact our returns department via phone at (818)899-7900 within 30 days of your invoice date.
INSPECT YOUR TABLE AT THE TIME YOU RECEIVE IT. Dropped table damage can occur without visible box damage. Take the table out and look at both sides. We get calls from customers that open the box, look inside and determine everything's fine. Then a week later they take it out, find some damage and there's nothing we can do. We must file a claim to recover damages within the first two business days following the delivery. Please remove the table from the box and inspect both sides at the time it's delivered. We cannot stress the importance of this enough. Report any damage at the time of delivery and see that the driver notes the damage on the delivery form.
